An outdoor sauna is architecture as much as appliance: it has to shrug off rain, frost and five decades of seasons while staying beautiful enough to anchor the garden. Ours are built from kiln-dried, knot-free Western Red Cedar with marine-grade 316L hardware — the same materials boatbuilders reach for when the water never leaves.

Choosing well.

Choose the cabin for wide benches and the classic silhouette, the barrel for the fastest heat-up outdoors, or the tent when the sauna has to travel. Electric heaters arrive with Wi-Fi control; wood-fired stoves arrive with romance. Every quote includes freight, a foundation drawing and the honest answer on permits for your address.

Foundation before beauty

A level, load-bearing base — pavers, pad or deck — is the whole site requirement. Foundation drawings ship with every quote.

Electric or wood-fired

A 9 kW Wi-Fi heater wants a 240 V line; a wood stove wants nothing but dry logs and a chimney kit. We spec both paths in the quote.

Cedar ages in dignity

Left alone it silvers; oiled once a year it keeps its honey tone. Either way, rot resistance is in the timber's nature, not a coating.

Before you choose.

In many regions small outbuildings under a size threshold are permit-free, but rules vary by municipality. Tell us your address in the quote and we flag exactly what applies — before you commit to anything.
Pre-cut, labelled panels are designed for two people and a weekend. Barrel saunas typically stand in an afternoon. White-glove assembly is available in most regions.
Usually yes — the load sheets ship with your quote so you or your builder can confirm. A level surface that takes the stated weight is all the site prep there is.
