A factory that answers its own phone.
We started as a two-person workshop bending cedar for neighbours, and grew into a factory shipping to forty countries — without ever adding a showroom, a dealer margin, or a phone tree.

Why manufacturer-direct.
A sauna passes through enough hands as it is — sawyer, kiln, joiner, electrician, freight. Every extra pair between us and you adds cost without adding cedar. So we removed them. The person who quotes your build walks the same floor as the person who planes your benches.
That’s also why the prices read “from” — not because they’re bait, but because a real quote includes your freight, your voltage, your winter. One number, everything in it. It’s the way we’d want to be sold to.
The material tells you most of what you need to know about a builder. We buy kiln-dried, knot-free Grade-A Western Red Cedar and thermally treated Nordic softwoods, then machine them in-house so tolerances stay ours to answer for. Heaters come from the two names that have earned the hot room — Harvia and HUUM — and every electric build ships with its controller and stones in the same crate, because a heater you can’t switch on isn’t a product, it’s a delivery.
The same floor crates every order for export — 40+ countries and counting — with support in nine languages and a consultant who answers within a day. If something arrives short, scuffed, or simply wrong, the person who packed it is thirty metres from the person who takes your email. That distance, more than any slogan, is the quality system.
What we don’t do is just as deliberate. No showroom to walk, no dealer network to feed, no financing fine print — the 5-year structural warranty is signed paperwork, the freight is in the quote, and the sauna that reaches your door is the one the floor signed off on. If that sounds plain, it’s meant to.

Twelve winters in.
- 2014Two people, one barn, a bending jig for barrel staves. First eleven saunas sold by word of mouth.
- 2018The factory. In-house engineering team formed; proprietary airflow design ships in every room since.
- 2022The cold line. Glacier plunges launch after two years of chiller and filtration testing on our own crew.
- 2026Forty countries, nine languages, twenty-eight models — still one floor, still no middlemen.
