Choosing electric heat.

A dedicated 240 V circuit sized to the heater — typically 20–40 A depending on kilowatts — run by a licensed electrician. That's the whole conversation. Your quote states the exact breaker and cable spec for the kit you choose, so the electrician's visit is an hour, not a project.
